SwftCoin Will Answer Questions, Give Away Coins in AMA Session Hosted by Binance
- Cross-blockchain wallet creators SwftCoin will expand their community reach by answering questions on Binance’s English Telegram channel.
- Participants will also have the chance to win $2,000 worth of SWFTC tokens.
The leading cryptocurrency exchange – Binance – will host an AMA session with the SWFT team on May 5th at 11 AM UTC. The team behind the cross-chain wallet will not only have the opportunity to expand its reach and respond to popular community questions directly, but will also pleasantly surprise bounty hunters by giving away $2,000 worth of SWFTC tokens.
The SWFTC coin itself is not listed on the main exchange. It is, however, present on Jex.com – Binance’s derivatives exchange which it recently acquired for an undisclosed amount.
However a main website listing is also more than possible – as the day following the AMA session will mark the beginning of the Binance Community Coin Vote Round 8 – where the coin will be matched up against the token for the relational DB-inspired Chromia blockchain.
SWFT appears to have the upper hand before the beginning of the voting round – given its significantly higher trading volume, courtesy of its listing on other major exchanges, including OKEx and Huobi. It is also the older platform, with 68 app updates to date and a vast array of partners including Ledger, CENTRE, Neo, Dash, Tron, Maker DAO and Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator. The extent of these partnerships, as well as future business plans are both topics that are likely to be covered in the session, which is shaping up to be popular with the community, especially given the financial incentives that were added.
- The popular crypto exchange has decided to sell its business in Russia to CommEX, a crypto exchange business that was officially launched on Tuesday.
- Binance noted that it will fully exit the Russian market, and have no ongoing revenue split or any option to buy back shares in the business.

- The company said it will be suspending its crypto-backed debit card service in the Middle East on 25 August, and in Latin America by 21 September.
- Although no reason was given for the decision, the company noted that “less than 1% of users” in those regions will be affected by the change.
- A spokesperson said the change was due to the “changing market and user needs”, and that Binance will now be refocusing its resources on its main products and long-term goals.
- Launched in March 2022, Binance Connect helped crypto businesses connect with the traditional finance system, and supported 50 cryptocurrencies and networks such as Visa and Mastercard.
