Shift Partners With Crypto.com to Accept Digital Asset Payments

  • Shift Crypto has integrated Crypto.com Pay to enable customers to make purchases using digital assets.

Shift Crypto, an online store for cryptocurrency-related hardware and software, announced it has partnered with Crypto.com. According to a blog post published on 9 September, the partnership will enable the company to accept digital asset payments through its integration with Crypto.com Pay. 

The company will accept payments in Crypto.com’s native CRO, BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, XRP, and over 20 other cryptocurrencies. Users will also be able to receive up to 2% back for all purchases paid in CRO. 

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Shift Crypto launched the BitBox02, a second-generation hardware wallet, and its companion the BitBoxApp, an all-in-one solution to managing digital assets.

Until 15 September, users who purchase Shift Crypto products with Crypto.com Pay, and use the promo code CRYPTOCOM, will get a 10% discount. During the same campaign period, users who make purchases through Crypto.com Pay using CRO, and stake 10,000 or more CRO, will get 10% of the purchase back in CRO. Without staking, users will receive 5% back with CRO. 

Crypto.com Pay Checkout provides companies with a plug-and-play solution for accepting cryptocurrency payments. Since 2018, Crypto.com Pay has integrated with hundreds of merchants and e-commerce platforms to provide them with infrastructure to accept payments in digital assets. The company’s service features zero transaction fees and charges only 0.5% for settlements,
