In a press release published on 7 July, Huobi Global announced it has integrated five new payment methods for its Argentina Peso (ARS) users. The exchange collaborated with local payment solutions to expand the purchasing capability for its Argentinian users.

Following a rigorous screening process, Huobi integrated Ualá, Santander Río, Banco Galicia, Prex, and AirTm into its P2P marketplace. These payment solution providers were approved because of their rich experience in the space and broad knowledge in the fields of risk and compliance, Huobi said in the press release.

Previously, the Huobi P2P market supported two payment methods for ARS users which are BBVA Banco Frances and Burbank. The addition of the five new payment providers brings the total number to seven.

“Users in every country and region have their own accustomed payment methods,” said Ciara Sun, the Vice President of Huobi Global Markets. “Offering users with extensive choices in payment methods implies we’re saving their trading time and cost, and this will, in turn, increase the liquidity of our market and bring users with more benefits in the long run.”
